Cachin’s home was lovely. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Atlanta and looking for an Airbnb! He was an amazing host; reachable, communicative, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The home is beautiful and as pictured. We had a minor hiccup upon arrival that Cachim had handled immediately. I am visiting Atlanta next month and would stay here again!!

Beautiful home. Exactly how the pictures look. Quiet neighborhood. Felt like I was at home. Great amenities. The game room in the garage was a hit! Fire pit was everything also!

When we arrived it was easy to use the keypad to get in. The house was very clean and smelled good. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean too. We enjoyed our stay.

I would definitely recommend this property. Home looked exactly like photos. Pleasantly surprised by assortment of games in garage, basketball, ping pong, and more! Backyard was amazing with two fire pits in addition to a great design. Would definitely book again if in the area.

I had a great stay here. I live in the area and needed a place to stay due to a water leak thst flooded the main level in my home. The area is quiet and it was just as described. My son love the game room and it was a very relaxing experience considering it has been a pain getting my home fixed.

This place was in a quiet neighborhood! We went for nightly walks and the neighbors were all super nice and friendly! The house is beautiful and the backyard was a dream to hang out in! Will definitely stay here again when we return to ATL!

Cachim was such a wonderful host! Her home was just like the pictures, beautiful, peaceful and clean! The home is centrally located to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping! The community was very peaceful as well! Cachim did a great job in communicating with me every single time I had a question!

What an outstanding place in the center of everything Lawrenceville has to offer! It's less than 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants. It's also VERY safe as it sits in a subdivision just feet away from a very popular college campus here in Gwinnett county so not a lot of foot traffic. The property provides a hospitable, cozy, yet commercial feel that gives all the comforts of knowing you booked a professional Airbnb host. It has ALL the bells and whistles and PRISTINE CLEAN! I will surely book again and I don't even need a reason/occasion. Lol!!

Host was great, house was comfy and spacious. Very clean and well kept. Neighborhood was quiet and relatively maintained. It had everything I needed and although I didn’t use the back yard, it was a really nicely done area if I were to have had my kids or friends over. At one point we got locked out (our fault) and host responded quickly to help. Highly recommend.

The house was great and beautiful. It was like the pictures. Patio with bbq, and garage with game.
I went for a hockey tournament and it was very nice to get to a comfy and clean house to rest.
