Inviting, would recommend. Appreciated that the pictures were accurate & Cachim was super responsive with a couple minor hiccups. As this was a business trip, didn't get to enjoy the backyard or game room but would've liked to!

We had a great month-long stay at Cachim’s place. The house was very convenient and located in a wonderful neighborhood — quiet, safe, and close to everything we needed. The home itself was clean, spacious, and well laid out. Having two bathrooms made a big difference for a longer stay, and the washer and dryer were especially helpful.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

Cachin’s home was lovely. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Atlanta and looking for an Airbnb! He was an amazing host; reachable, communicative, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The home is beautiful and as pictured. We had a minor hiccup upon arrival that Cachim had handled immediately. I am visiting Atlanta next month and would stay here again!!

Beautiful home. Exactly how the pictures look. Quiet neighborhood. Felt like I was at home. Great amenities. The game room in the garage was a hit! Fire pit was everything also!

When we arrived it was easy to use the keypad to get in. The house was very clean and smelled good. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean too. We enjoyed our stay.

I would definitely recommend this property. Home looked exactly like photos. Pleasantly surprised by assortment of games in garage, basketball, ping pong, and more! Backyard was amazing with two fire pits in addition to a great design. Would definitely book again if in the area.

I had a great stay here. I live in the area and needed a place to stay due to a water leak thst flooded the main level in my home. The area is quiet and it was just as described. My son love the game room and it was a very relaxing experience considering it has been a pain getting my home fixed.

Very peaceful stay. I’m actually moving to Atlanta and I would love to live in this complex if all of the apartments looked and felt like this. I barely left the home because it was so comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here if you love peace and have to travel for work.

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. Very nice neighborhood and inside the condo was clean and felt like home. The host provided a lot of resources and was very accessible by text. I will definitely rebook when I am in town again.
